Support v..% and V..%

First of all, I really like the idea of using vim in visual studio code! And this extension seems to work quite well, keep up the awesome work!

I have found however that using v or V in conjunction with % will result in deselecting the current selection and exiting visual mode. It is a function I use quite often (probably because I'm a vim noob :))

So long story short I would like to request support for v..% and V..%.
