[bug] Trace drawer freezes and crashes on long message turns

Opening the trace drawer for a long message turn causes the app to freeze initially and then crash due to running out of memory.

This appears to happen when inspecting a turn with a large trace payload.

This matches a previously identified issue tracked as AGE-3907 — when a trace/tool-call payload is large (10K+ characters), the trace drawer renders the entire content at once, freezing the app and eventually crashing it due to memory exhaustion [1].

An earlier POC (PR #4292, now stale) explored pre-transformation truncation — capping/truncating large content before it enters the beautified-view rendering pipeline rather than transforming the full payload. The suggested direction is to virtualize or lazy-render large content blocks with an "expand" affordance, and to cap what enters the transformation pipeline [1].

There's also an open offer from @morgan-coded to contribute a fix. It might be worth coordinating there to avoid duplicate effort.
