add-wrap fails to update wrapdesc

Using the current git version of OW2, using the add-wrap command doesn't write a new "depends: xxx" line to the wrapdesc. Same goes for 2.0.2 from the beta repository.

I've added the "anchored: true" and "use-symlinks: true" lines to my wraps and suddenly they're properly added to the wrapdesc.
