Some of Boss Presets Missing Penetration

What is the value from the calculation in-game?

Bosses have penetration. I start to use Zana's Ingenuity with no pen. Uber Exarc balls start o hit half of its damage (around 1k per ball). I have 90 max res. When I remove ring, Balls hit around 2k. So, They have prob 8-10 pen. Its same as Uber Sirus Meteor.

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

PoB Uber Sirus Meteor and Uber Exarc Balls don't have pen by default. I have to say I don't think Bosses had pen before. My calcs -real vs PoB- for years were working. it might be added in 3.29. Its a serious issue because you take 2x damage than calculated.

I can provide video evidence if you guys needed.
