[FEATURE] Changeable Gravity for Base-GC Dimensions

The ability to change the gravity of a dimension added by base-GC.

What feature or addition are you suggesting?

I am suggesting for the end-user to be able to set a GC dimension's gravity via the config.

Feature request reason

So we can make life easier or harder on other worlds. Also to make people shut up about space station gravity.
