allow to disable/hide the guide button

i clicked it away multiple times but it comes back all the time. also because of the canvas usage i can't simpy block it with ublock :(

i would really vote for a partial html interface and use canvas only where it is required. it allows easy customization with greasemonkey or ublock origin.
