Evaluate vText's __repr__

I was looking at vText's text representation and it is correct:

>>> vText("test\u1234")
vText(b'test\xe1\x88\xb4')
>>> vText("test\u1234").to_ical()
b'test\xe1\x88\xb4'
>>> vText.from_ical(vText("test\u1234").to_ical())
vText(b'test\xe1\x88\xb4')

What I do not like to much about it is the bytes representation. That could be changed.

The same applies to vUnkown. However, vUnkown represents a type that is more raw and not necessarily for text values.

>>> vText("test\u1234")
vText('test\u1234')

I think, especially for accomodating an international audience, this should be changed to this:

>>> def __repr__(self): return f"vText({'你好'!r})"
... 
>>> vText.__repr__ = __repr__
>>> vText("你好")
vText('你好')

Current:

>>> vText("你好")
vText(b'\xe4\xbd\xa0\xe5\xa5\xbd')

I like the concept, but the devil is in the details. Can you better elaborate?

1. It appears that vText and vUnknown convert a four-digit Unicode decimal escape value to a two-digit Unicode hexadecimal escape value. Do you want to retain or change that?
2. What would need to change to get the desired repr?
3. Would it be a breaking change or backwards compatible?
