Add progress bar to task view

As a user, I want to see a visual indication of my progress within a five activity workflow for a specific idea.

Needs info:
- [ ] during task 1, should the bar be empty (0/5) or (1/5)? if the latter, then does task 5 look the same as the summary?
- [ ] what does the progress bar look like on the task summary page once the user is done with those tasks but hasn't necessarily completed them all

Acceptance criteria:

• remove the '1/5' etc indicator in the 'Question' heading?
• progress bar showing status
• possibly a label of percent (20%) or quantity (1/5) done
