Feature request: Add a tiny tooltip hint when "Rotate" buttons are greyed out (for dummies like me!)

Hi everyone!

First of all, thank you for making NAPS2 available on Linux now. It is a fantastic tool and lightyears ahead of other Linux scanning apps!

As a Linux beginner, I recently ran into a small "brain-fart" moment: I scanned a single document and wanted to rotate it. However, the rotate buttons were greyed out. Being a dummy, I didn't realize I had to left-click the page first to "select" it (even though it was the only page on the screen). I ended up right-clicking and using "Select All" just to activate the button.

Once you know it, it's totally logical! But for new users, it can be a bit confusing.

My idea: Could you add a small tooltip hint when hovering over the disabled/greyed-out rotate buttons? Something like: "Please select a page first to rotate it".

This would save newbies like me a few gray hairs. Thanks for considering and keep up the amazing work!
