Build error win10

Hi, I’m using win10 and also the latest version of cmake and I followed the compiling tutorial many many many times but still errors, i even tried to reinstall cmake and mingw but still not working! The error starts at the first command to put which is the cmake -G mingw makefiles, btw it’s not just on this project, it’s on every single freaking thing I’m compiling with cmake!
Plz help me I will really appreciate that
