Bump Firefox version to get full happy eyeballs capability #342

Happy Eyeballs v3 is a good reason to investigate a Gecko update, but I would not treat the Firefox version string as a drop-in feature switch. Glide needs to update the actual GeckoView/runtime dependency and verify that the networking implementation, Android API level, build tooling, and application patches remain compatible. A Firefox Nightly version such as 155.0a1 may contain experimental behavior that is not present in the corresponding stable/beta runtime or may require patches that Glide does not yet carry. I would stage the work like this:
The Happy Eyeballs behavior should be measured from actual connection attempts, not inferred from the browser version. If the needed code is only in Nightly, it may be better to wait for a supported GeckoView release or backport the narrowly scoped networking change than to ship an otherwise unstable browser engine. |

There is a helpful presentation at Rollout of Happy Eyeballs v3 in Firefox. The latest Firefox nightly has some of the Firefox specific implementation details. The version is
