Should there be a new github release?

I think the recent release didn't properly function on github. If you look at https://github.com/glide-browser/glide/actions/runs/39643094748/job/119425368905#step:2:11 there's a silent failure there, and as far as I can tell this is supposed to cut a new release for glide.
