Fix oversized gap below home section headings

The theme's h2.gdoc-list-title { margin-bottom: 4rem } (specificity 0,1,1) was overriding the compact .gdoc-list-title override, leaving a large gap between e.g. 'AI Agents & LLM Friendly' and its subheader. Add !important to the custom margin-bottom (1.25rem). Logged in CHANGELOG.
