kindness mode: wifi only?

• "only on wifi" is disabled
• it can run only over wifi

Kindness Mode (Snowflake proxy) might fail on mobile data because some carriers block UDP ports or restrict WebRTC connections, which Snowflake relies on. Toggling airplane mode can help reset the connection and assign a new IP. Also ensure no VPN/firewall is interfering. It is best on Wi-Fi for stability
