Using DJI O4 pro data from the Goggles N3 to use it in a gimbal?

Does the DJI O4 system output head tracking telemetry over MSP to the flight controller? I want to map the Goggles N3 gyro data to my FC's servo outputs for a pan-tilt gimbal without using the DJI Motion Controller.
