[FEAT] Allow disabling gallery icon/view in settings

To keep things simple, I do not need gallery view, and will not need to open it ever. I feel this would be good to be allowed to be disabled, as there must be some overhead to getting thumbnails for everything in a folder.

I think only @justnullname can clarify if such setting can affect affect performance in any reasonable manner, because AFAIS at the moment thumbnails are generated when you hit T hotkey or Gallery button in toobar, not before that.

That aspect was just speculation. I just won't use this feature regardless so to keep the app simple would be nice to be able to disable it.

As far as I understand, toggling and rearranging toolbar buttons (like info panel's contents) should be requested to address this, if performance isn't affected?
