Tool tips cuts off when used in a table.

When using a tooltip in a table, the bulk of the tooltip is hidden behind the table row above or below the table row where the tooltip is used.

Apologies for getting back to this so late @jacorall. I'm unable to reproduce this in the latest release (although no tooltip related changes have been made recently).
