Won't start, gives error: cannot import name 'runtime_version' from 'google.protobuf' #254

Description

@mfreeman72

Distribution

Linux Mint 22.3

Package version

2.0.3+zena

Frequency

Always

Bug description

Ever since upgrading to LM 22.3, Warpinator will not start. When I try to run it from a terminal, this is the output:

Using landlock for incoming file isolation
cannot import name 'runtime_version' from 'google.protobuf' (/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/google/protobuf/__init__.py)

Steps to reproduce

It happens any time I try to run it, either from the menu, from Startup Applications, or from the terminal.

Expected behavior

It should simply start, place itself on the panel, and open the port so that other Warpinator-equipped devices can communicate with it.
