Authenticated users are presented with a results page when the API reports that the election is in the results state

Acceptance Criteria:

• Each role and the respective winner is displayed
• Statistics (e.g vote count for each nominee for a position, total vote count, etc) are displayed
• Results are presented in a clean and accessible manner
  • Charts are used properly and in an aesthetic manner
