Inconsistent class naming (extra, addon vs build_tools, system_tools, platform_tools, system_images)

There are several classes that have inconsistent naming. Originally, the early classes, android::extra, android:addon, android::platform were singular in name, but more recent support for other tools and system images use plural names.
