Subject: [PATCH 5/5] Fixes

- Only Docker is required, Composer runs in a container
- Start the containers before running commands in them
- Wait for Elasticsearch and Magento before indexing
- Set the Magento crypt key so customers can login
- Keep the files owned by the current user
- Check for conflicting containers and an existing directory
