Hi, I'm Angelo. I've been making things for the web since 2007, and most of that work has had open source in it somewhere.

By day I'm Head of Product at Divio, a Swiss PaaS built for agencies. I've been a core developer of django CMS since 2014, ran Frontendconf Zurich for six years, and have taught frontend development since 2010. In the evenings I build the tools I wish already existed, and then I keep them working.

What I maintain

• Better Helpdesk: an open-source support inbox, ticketing and lightweight CRM you install from npm. It runs inside your Next.js app, on your own database.
• Fretfall Player: notes fall down a 3D fretboard in the browser, with the fingering worked out, your band's recording lined up, phrase loops and a speed trainer.
• flowrail: guardrails for Claude Code that hold. A hook that parses every command before it runs and blocks destructive git, rm -rf and leaked secrets.
• claude-annotate: draw on your running localhost site, press Send, and every mark lands in Claude's session with its element and source.
• claude-tips: one Claude Code slash command tip after every turn, in order, so you see them all.
• Kurszettel: the old stock quote sheet, for your own portfolio. Standard-library Python, no API keys, no database.
• dotfiles: one installer for a fresh macOS or Linux machine, and one command to keep it current.

What your sponsorship does

None of these is a company. They're kept alive in the hours around a day job: answering issues, reviewing pull requests, keeping up with Next.js, Django and Claude Code releases, and writing the docs nobody asked for but everybody needs.
