os error 216 is Windows telling you the exe was built for a different CPU architecture than the one you run (x64 agent on an ARM64 machine, or the reverse).

Delete %USERPROFILE%\.dbx\agents\drivers\vastbase so dbx downloads the agent again, and check that the dbx build you installed matches your Windows arch.
