Warriors are spawned after looting the object 100% of the time

Expected behavior

Shouldn't spawn warriors when you interact and loot the objects

For clarity, by "Warrior" I am referring to: https://www.wowhead.com/classic/npc=2168/blackwood-warrior
These are spawned upon finishing looting any of the objects needed for this quest 100% of the time on vmangos, and not spawned once in classic hardcore after this person loots them
