is there a Yarn v6 release roadmap? it reached RC20 and still no release, can we see what are the blockers?

Not much, all in all; outside of the first item it's mostly about finding time for ~3-4 days of work (or throwing agents at the problem I guess):

Windows support is the biggest (my own PC is currently being repaired, so I can't test)
Some design work around workspace hashes being kept in the lockfile
A last benchmarking pass to see whether I left non-efficient codepaths
Four failing tests to reviews here
Review the last merges on https://github.com/yarnpkg/berry/ to backport what we need
