Hotfix: unroute /oracle and drop the stray screenshot

The ZEV Oracle page carried the most specific technical and commercial
text on the site (Secure Element part number, GPS-signed readings, CE /
IP67 / IEC 61557, a Lite/Pro product line, patent wording) - claims the
ZEV brief does not allow while ZEV 1 is a proof of concept. Route, navbar
link and footer link removed; the SPA fallback now serves the 404 page for
/oracle. The page file stays for the pending rewrite on zev-redesign.

Also removes screencapture-192-168-1-59-8081-2026-02-08-12_06_22.png from
the repo root (a LAN address in the filename, no use in the repo).
