The logo is for marketplace/directory listings (Cline, etc.) that require a square icon. llms-install.md gives an installing agent exact setup + verification steps, separate from the human-facing README. Logo now uses the actual brand mark (web/public/brand/mark-on-dark.svg) instead of an invented letterform. llms-install.md's npm-publish status was stale from before the registry publish work landed (etincel is live on npm at 0.9.5); restored the file's original build/troubleshooting detail that got dropped, with npx as the primary install path and the git-clone path kept as the development-only alternative.
