Adds Matthew Ramírez's 2026 paper on Executable Particularity and Stablecoin Execution Return as PROMOTE / MAIN-supporting BRM research. The key delta is a reviewable legal-to-code responsibility chain from authority and property mapping through approval, multisig/signing, execution, variance, and later custody/title/remedy states.

Architectural delta promoted as **MAIN-supporting BRM**:

> A legally authorized instruction and a technically successful blockchain action are different evidence objects. Responsibility requires a reviewable join from legal authority through mapping and approval to code execution, variance, and later legal/remedial state.

P2 Badge Integrate the promoted delta into canonical BRM

Although this declares the architectural delta promoted to MAIN-supporting BRM, the canonical standards/core-metamodel.md and HOW-TO-USE.md contain none of the new responsibility owners, execution-return chain, or invariants. Consequently, users following the repository's primary model and workflow will not apply this promoted pattern; incorporate it into those canonical documents or classify it as a candidate research input until that integration occurs.

- User-provided paper reviewed in full for BRM relevance.
- Primary legal anchors discussed by the paper include the U.S. GENIUS Act and federal forfeiture matters.
- No canonical public URL was supplied with the uploaded source; do not invent one.

P2 Badge Retain a verifiable locator for the source paper

When the original upload is no longer available, these entries provide no repository artifact, archive/accession identifier, version, or digest from which another reviewer can retrieve or verify the paper underlying the promoted conclusions. A public URL is unnecessary, but the source record should include a durable private locator and content hash, or a repository copy where licensing permits, so the claimed source-to-concept trace remains reproducible.
