Arcane and Delta Chat can't be uninstalled

Once Arcane/Delta Chat app was installed the app couldn't be uninstalled by standard methods: sliding the icon into "uninstall" doesn't uninstall it, request "uninstall" in Settings doesn't uninstall it because package installer stops working. Disconecting Wifi, clearing app cash and data and re-booting the phone didn't help - I managed to remove stuborn app only by restoring smartphone's image I had luckily made before installation using TWRP.

Uninstall Arcane/Delta Chat problem is related to this SM-G903W smartphone because any other custom app can be installed and then uninstalled on it except Arcane/Delta Chat app.
I had also tried to install and then uninstall Arcane/Delta Chat app on different phone SM-G900W8 with Android11 and had no problems there!
