The organization is structured into three core areas:

• CI-Channels
  Main keyword: Marketing Engineering.
  Focus: content development, project publicity, targeted distribution and data-driven optimization of channels.
• CI-Servers
  Main focus: Community Management, Data Security, and Performance/Gameplay Optimization.
  Current scope: primarily game servers — CI builds and manages game server environments.
• CI-Software
  Focus: software for management, analytics, overview, and data collection.
  Purpose: mostly supporting CI-Channels and CI-Servers operations.

  CI-Analytics plans to offer consulting services in the future, based on proven achievements and a high-value knowledge base built from real operational data.
  The intended focus is business consulting in online marketing engineering and in building target-group-oriented communities that create lasting strategic value through direct audience connection.
