The diagnostics catalog description now points at the canonical sources for the CMIP diagnostic list and the CMIP7 AFT collection, plus where to propose a new diagnostic.

The Rapid Evaluation Framework paper is now published in Geoscientific Model Development. This updates the glossary and suggested reading to the final DOI and reformats the catalog link so the title leads and the authors follow.
