Making an update to the Py100 curriculum to ease pressure on Week 11, where students have to submit three tasks: the web scraping/Streamlit dashboard, the Kaggle task, and the regular assignment.

  1. The regular assignment is completely removed, except for the Plotly task, which is made optional.
  2. The Kaggle project is pulled back to week 8.
  3. No changes for the web scraping/Streamlit project, which now stands alone in week 11.

Proposing these changes after seeing data that Python Essentials has the lowest completion rates of CTD classes, and half the dropoff happens with the final week.

Updated the lesson plan to include final deadline for Kaggle capstone project and added mentor notes for clarity.
Updated lesson content to reflect changes in assignment focus and optional tasks. Clarified deployment requirements and project presentation details.
