fix(trustlab): improve mobile layouts

Description

Fixes TrustLab mobile layout regressions by allowing report headings to wrap fully, stacking Intelligence Briefings items vertically on mobile, and allowing the Academy and Incubator titles to wrap on small screens.

No additional dependencies are required.
