Development Setup Instructions:

Setup a virtualenv (perhaps named 'studentapp')

Clone this repository and change into the root directory

Run
pip install -r requirements.txtto install required dependencies -
Copy config.py.example to config.py in the same directory, and fill in your environment settings

Run
python manage.py db upgradeto create the database tables. -
Run
python manage.py runserverto start the development server.
