1.1.54

slice_stl now takes enable_support, support_type (normal(auto), tree(auto), normal(manual), tree(manual)) and support_threshold_angle. They are written over the resolved process preset, the same way layer_height and wall_loops already are. Bambu-compatible slicers only.

Counterpart needs this to pass a designer's support choice straight to the slicer. Until now slice_stl couldn't turn supports on for a single call, so every slice used the preset's enable_support 0.

Evidence:

  • npm test: 1036 pass, 0 fail, 4 skipped. Site builds.
  • Installed Bambu Studio 02.08.02.61, T-shaped overhang: the sliced project carries enable_support 1, tree(auto) and 35, and slice_info reports support_used true. With enable_support false it carries 0 and support_used is false.
  • No printer was used.

mcp-3D-printer-server gets the same arguments in a companion PR.

enable_support, support_type (normal(auto), tree(auto), normal(manual),
tree(manual)) and support_threshold_angle are written over the resolved
process preset, the same way layer_height and wall_loops are.
Bambu-compatible slicers only. Version 1.1.54.
