Summary

Adds the Media section (#news) to the site, based on the dashai-faq-medios.html design.

  • Featured block for the August 6, 2026 launch, with the FCFM dean's quote.
  • Archive of 13 press items (newest first), with a search box and filters by type: Press, TV, Radio and Institutional.
  • Press items live in data/press.ts. To add a new one, add an entry there and its headline and summary to the news.json files.
  • Content in all 5 languages (es, en, pt, de, zh). In Spanish, headlines are the original titles; in the other languages they're translated and carry an "In Spanish" tag, since the linked articles are in Spanish.
  • Dates follow each language's format (e.g. "23 AGO 2026" / "AUG 23, 2026").
  • "Media" link in the navbar (next to FAQ) and in the footer.
