Some manpages (e.g. emacs-lucid, gcc-doc, ganeti) cannot be rendered

Filing this issue for tracking. Not sure if there is one root cause or multiple.

The common thing between these packages is that their manpages are symlinks outside of their own package, e.g.:

% ls -l bullseye/emacs-lucid/
total 12
lrwxrwxrwx 1 manpages manpages   33 Mar 20  2021 emacs-lucid.1.en.gz -> aux/usr/share/man/man1/emacs.1.gz

Hi I’m a Computer Science student with experience in AI/ML, backend development, and cloud-native systems. I have actively contributed to open-source (46+ public repos) and have hands-on experience with Linux environments and developer tooling. I haven’t contributed to Debian projects before, but I’m familiar with Go through backend automation and workflow tooling work, and I’m excited to improve and learn while contributing here.
