This will be added to the ioc.yaml for multipositioner entities (alongside P and MP) to allow for backwards compatibility with horrific code. I will be adding a converter to builder2ibek to automate this process.

The "State" LED has some horrific logic, so I have added a TESTING screen to explain what it does...
