Die-Namic Systems

Verification at the center — Nestor and the fleet faces that fight loss.

Die-Namic-Systems

Everything worth keeping tends to decay. This is the toolkit that fights back.

A dynamic system's failure mode is drift — it changes, quietly, until it no longer means what it meant. Die-Namic-Systems holds the verification layer and the shared instincts the fleet runs on: local-first, human-governed, and honest over time by design.

Memory rots. Links go dead. Models drift. Records get decommissioned and data leaks. These look like four different problems; they're one — loss — wearing four coats. Nestor answers the question every face needs answered: has a human checked this? The sibling orgs each fight loss in their own domain.

The principle

Local-first. Your data lives on hardware you control, in formats you can read and delete. Cloud optional. Amnesia discouraged.

Human-governed. The machine proposes; the human ratifies. Consent is explicit and expires with the session. Nothing consequential happens on the software's own authority.

Durable / drift-resistant. Version the truth, monitor it automatically, and surface decay loudly. A record that survives is one that knows when it's slipping.

The fleet

Face Org What it keeps
Willow · Memory willow-memory Agent memory, governance, MCP platform
Hornbook · Knowledge hornbook-knowledge Learning tools — UTETY, Jeles
Almanac · Data almanac-data Public-data catalogs that monitor whether sources stay reachable
Homestead · Affairs homestead-affairs Household records, deadlines, evidence
Forge · Play forge-play SAFE-native apps and craft under one bar
Terpsi · Programs terpsi-programs Institutional program operations (skins)

Center: Nestor — verify, seal, resolve. Passage between faces, not a destination app.

What we won't do

We won't make you sign in to use your own tools. We won't move your data to "improve the product." We won't let software act without a human turning the second key. We won't ship what we can't audit, delete, or explain.

Tools, not traps.

Licensing

Core products are released under noncommercial terms (free to use, study, and self-host) where marked; reusable libraries, SDKs, and open datasets carry permissive or public-domain licenses (MIT / CC0 / CC-BY as marked). Each repository's LICENSE file is authoritative.

A dynamic system that refuses to drift. ΔΣ = 42.
