An electric-vehicle charging station reported a fault. Before the company that runs it writes "cleared," seven questions have to pass. One no, and nothing is saved.
The station is the pedestal or wall box a car plugs into at a lot, a depot, or a public site. It is not a phone charger, and it is not the cord in a home garage.

The company that operates those stations, and the utility that has to take their power. Not the driver.
- A fault comes in from the station.
- Seven checks run, in order.
- You get one record for that period, or a refusal that says which question failed.
Sending the same fault twice does not create a second record.

The signing key is not saved in the record.
It does not run the charger. It does not sell carbon credits. It does not make a coin or a token.
GitHub will not open the operator screen. This repository is the checks.
