pnpm run check:pack failed on the merged slice 1.12: the built library is 2,481,548 bytes against a budget of 2,460,000. A plain full gate does not pack, so the slice's own PRs did not see it; it surfaced in the pack check the roadmap asks for around the main merge.

Slice 1.12 added about 29 KB (2,452,160 bytes at slice 1.11): the retained rows, the placing stacks, and the frame counters. Earlier slices raised this budget for their own growth with a note beside it; this does the same, to 2,490,000, which leaves the headroom the budget had before.

Verification

  • pnpm run check:pack: 3 tarballs; library lib 223 files / 2,481,548 bytes; publint, attw, and the packed external UI kit pass.
  • pnpm run verify:changed -- --base origin/feat/ui-foundation: repo workflow tests, agent docs, examples, pack, and coverage (4,842 tests) pass. One run of the coverage suite timed out in native-sessions.spec.ts right after the pack step loaded the machine; the spec passes three times alone and the suite passes on a rerun.

…1.12)

Slice 1.12 added about 29 KB to the built library (2,452,160 to
2,481,548 bytes): the retained rows, the placing stacks, and the frame
counters. The pack contract's budget goes from 2,460,000 to 2,490,000,
with the growth recorded beside the earlier slices'.
