Introduce a temporary Word preview flow and two content-generation toggles. Adds technical-plan:preview-content-word IPC, preload bridge and previewContentSection which converts latest section HTML to a temp DOCX (missing images shown as placeholders) and cleans temp dirs. Expose htmlImageOptimization and wordCountRepair options in store/UI, persist them in SQLite (schema v34) and thread them through agent/tools (image rendering/layout check and word-count repair paths). Update renderer to accept checkLayout, adapt image tools, agent logic, tests and related docs.
This commit tightens the layout-supplement workflow: the main session now only allows final correction edits after all queued section tasks succeed and the layout stage is still supplementing. It adds image/file-write protection for those edits, preserves recovered corrections across interrupted runs, and blocks any editing after a complete rechecking submission. The layout resume logic now continues the correction phase instead of redoing successful sections, and related checks/docs were updated to cover retries, interruption recovery, and post-submit protection.
