Implements tenant-scoped Projects with required job membership, project-scoped jobs/Runs, REST/MCP/UI CRUD, safe move/delete behavior, deep-link preservation, and no configuration inheritance. Adds independently addressable tenant-scoped execution targets with integration references, VM tags, agent kinds, shared credentials, CRUD/UI/API/MCP diagnostics, migration compatibility, tenant isolation, deletion/reference rules, and queued-run target snapshots.
Validation: npm ci; npm run generate; full npm test with isolated PostgreSQL — backend contracts/build/checks, 65 API suites (389 passed, 5 skipped), compiled app/API/PostgreSQL integration, browser functional checks and app unit checks (55 passed, 1 intentional skip).
Follow-up compatibility coverage is in commit 599a206. Remote PR checks are handed to the GitHub Build Manager.
