未成功发送的消息 Receipt 示例：
RawMessageReceipt { seq: 0, rand: 413669063, raw_seqs: (0,), raw_rands: (413669063,), time: datetime.datetime(2023, 6, 16, 23, 4, 30), kind: "group", target: ********* }

测试时，账号被禁言 / 风控时均有 receipt.seq == 0
