This PR refactors the teacher reviews section UI by moving the “What our clients say” header content out of the reviews list component, switching the lesson picker in the review form to the shared SelectComponent, hiding the review form when no eligible lessons exist, and rendering reviews one-per-row.

AddReviewto hide when there are no eligible approved lessons and replaced the native<select>withSelectComponent. - Adjusted the reviews grid to a single-column layout and justified review text.
