Adds visibility into who booked upcoming lessons (and which lesson/language) directly inside the teacher’s weekly schedule modal, and prevents editing time slots that are already booked.

Changes:

• Fetch teacher appointments on the profile page and derive “booked slots” to pass into the schedule modal.
• Derive “booked slots” on the Teacher Appointments page and pass them into the schedule modal.
• Extend LessonSchedule to render booked slot details and disable toggling booked cells.
