Update-Button does not work properly.

The new photos (which was added in the folder) are not added to GPKG-file efter Update-button is pressed.
There is also issue if the folder have any subfolder : when I press Update, som of fotos are deleted from GPKG-file, but they are stil in the subfolder.

Actually dialog gives also wrong info. It's a little bit random.
