LeanType stops inputting text randomly until force closed

LeanType intermittently stops committing typed characters globally. The keyboard remains visible and the suggestion UI may continue responding, but keystrokes either produce nothing or update suggestions without inserting text. This happens across all apps/text fields. Closing/reopening the keyboard does not fix it, and switching to another IME and back does not reliably fix it. Force-stopping the LeanType app immediately restores normal text input.

Device is not using multilingual input. LeanType 4.2.2.

I am on a OnePlus 12, Android 16.

The possible issue might be you open emoji/clipboard search then move back to main without closing the search, it should be auto close by design though
