To run Claude in a sandboxed environment

* Port build from setuptools to hatchling, same as TemGymCore. Version is derived from git tags like v0.1.0 via hatch-vcs; __version__ is read from package metadata. .git_archival.txt/.gitattributes let source archives (git archive, GitHub/Zenodo tarballs) carry the version. * Add release workflow from TemGymCore: build, check and attach dists to the GitHub release. PyPI upload is disabled until the git URL dependencies of the extras are released. * Dependabot: add cooldown, same as TemGymCore. * Authorship: update authors in pyproject.toml and CITATION.cff with emails, ORCIDs and affiliations. With hatchling's only-packages = true, directories without __init__.py are left out of the wheel, so common, udf and util were missing from non-editable installs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
