Bump minimum Rust version to 1.88 - #219

time < 0.3.47 can exhaust the stack when parsing malicious RFC 2822 input. The crate is only pulled in by tracing-appender (log file names) and the program never parses RFC 2822, but the lockfile now carries a patched version. time >= 0.3.47 requires Rust 1.88, so rust-version is raised from 1.85 to 1.88 (the Jetson runs 1.98.1). Summary
Update the minimum supported Rust version (MSRV) from 1.85 to 1.88 to align with dependency requirements, specifically the
timecrate (≥ 0.3.47).Changes
rust-versionfrom1.85to1.88timecrate requirementDetails
The
timecrate version 0.3.47 and later require Rust 1.88 or newer. This change ensures the project's declared MSRV matches the actual minimum version required by its dependencies, preventing build failures on older Rust toolchains.
